Steven has been building and managing micro hospitals since 2010, and has led the development and management of more than 30 micro hospitals and ten hospital JVs.

Sarah has over 20 years of experience as an Senior Executive in the hospital and health care industry.  Most recently, Ms. Knisely-King opened, hired, trained and operated eight micro/community hospitals in Indianapolis in partnership with Ascension Health and Tandem Hospital Partners as Chief Executive Officer/Chief Nursing Officer.  Ms. Knisely-King also served as Vice President of Nursing/Regional Chief Nursing Officer at Ascension Borgess.  Ms. Knisely-King earned her undergraduate degree in nursing from Purdue University, and Master of Science in nursing and Master of Business Administration degree at Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois.  She is a member of the Emergency Nurses Association and is an instructor on Advanced Cardiac Life Support

Dr. Mulvey has been a board certified emergency medicine physician for over 21 years.  Over his career, Dr. Mulvey has served as emergency department director, medical staff chief, and regional medical director managing several hospitals.  Dr. Mulvey was Chief Medical Officer of Tandem Hospital Partners for four years and continues involvement delivering physician services to four neighborhood hospitals in Indianapolis (St. Vincent Micro Hospitals).  Previous to CHP, Dr. Mulvey has served in several roles such as Senior Vice President of Envision Physician Services and Chief Growth Officer of ScribeAmerica.  Dr. Mulvey earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University, was elected into the Phi Beta Kappa national honor society, and graduated with honors in chemistry.  He earned his Medical Doctorate at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine and completed his emergency medicine residency at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago. 

Tracy is an experienced tax, finance and business advisor coordinating tax and business services for Fortune 500 and middle market companies. Tracy has extensive experience addressing the increasingly complex business and tax needs of a variety of organizations, including consumer product, manufacturing, retail, restaurant and technology companies. 

Tracy provides to CHIP value based federal, state, international tax and transactional experience. In addition he specializes in compliance and financial accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) services.

Prior to CHP, Tracy has been CFO of two large large organizations.  Beyond just tax experience he understands the strategic, financial and operational planning needs for Community Hospital Partners.
